1. About GlamGuide

GlamGuide is an online marketplace platform that connects customers with beauty service professionals including Makeup Artists, Spas, Salons, and Beauty Parlours. GlamGuide provides listing and appointment booking services. We are not a beauty service provider ourselves — we are a platform that facilitates discovery and booking.

By accessing or using glamguide.in, you (“User”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. User Categories

Users of GlamGuide fall into two categories:

Customers – Individuals who search and book beauty services through the platform.

Service Providers – Makeup artists, salons, spas, beauty parlours, or professionals who list their services on the platform.

Both categories are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to make bookings or list services.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

GlamGuide reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Users must be at least 18 years old to register.

4. For Service Providers — Listing Guidelines

By listing your services on GlamGuide, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your services, pricing, location, and availability.

Upload only original photos/portfolio that you own or have the right to use.

Honor confirmed bookings made through the platform.

Maintain professional conduct when dealing with customers.

Promptly update your availability and pricing to avoid confusion.

Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings.

GlamGuide reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

5. For Customers — Booking Guidelines

By making a booking through GlamGuide, you agree to:

Provide accurate contact and appointment details.

Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Treat service providers with respect and professionalism.

Not make false bookings or abuse the booking system.

Read the service provider’s profile, pricing, and policies before booking.

6. Bookings & Appointments

Bookings made through GlamGuide are subject to availability confirmation by the service provider.

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation notification from GlamGuide.

GlamGuide acts as an intermediary — the actual service agreement is between the Customer and the Service Provider.

GlamGuide is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of the beauty services provided.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule bookings as per the cancellation policy of the individual service provider.

Service providers must clearly state their cancellation policies on their listing.

GlamGuide is not liable for any disputes arising from cancellations between customers and service providers.

In case of a no-show by the service provider, customers should contact GlamGuide support at glamguide368@gmail.com.

8. Payments

GlamGuide may facilitate online payments through third-party payment gateways.

All payment transactions are subject to the terms of the payment gateway used.

GlamGuide is not responsible for payment failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment processors.

Refund eligibility depends on the service provider’s refund policy and the nature of the cancellation.

In case of payment disputes, contact us at glamguide368@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.

9. Reviews & Ratings

Customers may submit honest reviews and ratings for services received through the platform.

Reviews must be genuine, respectful, and based on actual experiences.

GlamGuide reserves the right to remove reviews that are fake, abusive, defamatory, or violate community guidelines.

Service providers may not incentivize or coerce customers to leave positive reviews.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GlamGuide:

Creating fake accounts or impersonating others

Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings

Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users

Uploading offensive, explicit, or copyrighted content without permission

Attempting to bypass the platform to make off-platform bookings after initial contact through GlamGuide

Using the platform for any illegal purpose

Spamming or sending unsolicited communications to other users

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or legal action.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on glamguide.in — including the GlamGuide logo, platform design, and website content — is the intellectual property of GlamGuide.

Service providers retain ownership of their uploaded photos and content but grant GlamGuide a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use GlamGuide’s content without written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Liability

GlamGuide is a listing and booking platform. We do not directly provide beauty services.

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or results of any services booked through the platform.

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from services rendered by listed providers.

We do not verify all information provided by service providers and encourage customers to do their own due diligence.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GlamGuide, its team, and associates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

15. Changes to Terms

GlamGuide reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
